|Sometimes various employees of an organization whose responsibility it is to safeguard corporate or government property, will leave that property unprotected.
Then, as a result, the property will be hacked causing huge economic damage and other costs to the organization.
At that point, the organization will try to find the hacker and hold it responsible.
Can the government bring civil and/or criminal charges against the individuals whose negligence or failure to perform duties resulted in the loss?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
